By accessing and using DocuField, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
DocuField is a business-to-business property jobs management platform, licensed to contracting and field-service organizations. It allows an organization's staff to create, manage, and track property jobs, schedule appointments, and organize related documentation. DocuField is not offered to individual consumers or for personal or family use.
Accounts are not self-serve. An organization is onboarded by our sales team under a written agreement, and individual staff accounts are then created by that organization's administrator by invitation. Property owners whose work is managed in DocuField may be given a limited customer account by the contractor performing the work, at no charge, to view their jobs and settle invoices for services performed at their property.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. An organization may end its license in accordance with its written agreement by contacting our team; individual staff and customer accounts are managed by the organization's administrator.
