Delete your DocuField account
You can delete your account at any time from the app, from this page, or by emailing us. Here is what happens and how to do it.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, sign-in and password, and your membership in every company you belong to.
- If you are the only administrator of a company, that company’s DocuField data is deleted too: its jobs, photos, documents, invoices, time entries and users.
- If other administrators remain, the company keeps its job records; only your account is removed.
- Deleted data is removed from our live systems right away. Backup copies are overwritten on a rolling schedule, and records we must keep by law (for example, payment records held by Stripe) are kept only as long as required. Deletion can’t be undone.

In the mobile app
More → Settings → Delete Account. Clients using the customer app: Account → Delete Account.

Can’t sign in? Email privacy@docufield.org from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days.
